Delivery & returns

Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days (Colombo & suburbs often next day). Delivery is Rs. 350.

Cash on Delivery

Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Returns & exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange an exchange or refund. Unused items in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days.

Gift wrapping

Add a note at checkout and we'll gift-wrap your order and include a handwritten card.
